What is UX Research?

UX (user experience) research is the quantitative and qualitative study of your users and their wants and needs. We study your users to gain valuable insights that can be applied to the design process. The result is that we produce better digital experiences for your customers.

There are two main parts of UX research: gathering data, and analyzing this data in order to improve usability. Quantitative UX research is concerned with understanding statistics and what is happening on your website, app or digital product. For example, how many people clicked where? Qualitative research is concerned with why users clicked where there did (or didn’t).
